House share, buddy up or studio in west London

Hi i'm Ryan, from Leeds, UK, 29. Moving back to London and looking for a room in a houseshare or to buddy up with someone from around mid September '26 preferably in West (Paddington/Queen's Park/Hampstead) (budget £1500 pm). I recently accepted a job offer in a healthcare company, I have 2 offices one in Fitzrovia and the other in Maidenhead will work 3-4 days from the office.

I like to think of myself as a respectful and very tidy flatmate and a firm believer of sound space sound mind, keen to have a relaxed atmosphere after a hard days work at the office. Will bring some plants with me, espresso machine and lots of spices to cook your favourite dishes!

I'm sociable so I would like a friendship to sprout from those that I live with but also find it important to have time to yourself. I'm not one to invite a bunch of people over to my house, mostly because I don't know many people in London but totally open to people having their friends over if it's for a nice dinner party or something. I do enjoy spending time with my friends, cooking, restaurants, bars, gigs, events, travelling, playing padel/tennis and running.

A place with parking would be ideal, but understand that this is rare, mostly so that I can commute back up to Leeds on a weekend and also get out the city to be able to do some hikes.
