Looking for flat mate/double room with ensuite

Hey! I’m Zoe, a 31 year old female from the Scottish Highlands. I am looking to move to Leeds.

I have been away travelling, now that I'm back I'd like to base myself somewhere with lots going on in the area and Leeds sounds ideal.

I will be applying to jobs prior to moving but if I'm still waiting to hear/interview stage then I am in the fortunate position of having savings to cover rent and the deposit and my parents are happy to be guarantors.

I am looking for a spare double room with an ensuite/own bathroom. I’m a very neat and tidy person, being organised comes quite naturally to me. I enjoy cleaning and tidying but that being said, I still expect the ‘chores’ to be shared e. g. hoovering kitchen/living room.

I absolutely love travelling and exploring new places both near and far. I enjoy venturing out for food and drinks at places new to me. I’m not a clubber, I’m very much an early bird but I do enjoy the occasional flat party and casual nights in with drinks and snacks.

I also love simple nights in watching films/tv series, playing board games and making tasty food. I’m not particularly sporty but I go to the gym a few times a week for a mixture of classes, gyming and swimming. I enjoy long walks and am planning to get more into hill walking. Also, I’m a huge theatre fan so this is certainly an appeal of moving further South!
