33 Year Old professional looking to buddy up 2BED

I work in finance as an Tax Consultant in London . I am looking to get a 2/3 bedroom flat (with 2 bathrooms at least for a 3 bed) with someone or 2 others around Zones 1 - 3...Ideally, I am looking around Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Canning Town, Lewisham, Greenwich, Liverpool Street, Stratford, Herne hill, Dulwich, Bermondsey, Peckham, Camberwell, etc. Anything around 30-45 minutes to my London bridge.

I am very clean and tidy and am looking to buddy up with a TIDY and CLEAN person/people. I would prefer someone/people without pets and the flat will be NON SMOKING please.

I am easy going, friendly, and adventurous. I like to travel (21 countries so far) and explore lots of outdoor and indoor activities in my spare time. I WFH 2-3 days in the office.

My maximum budget is £1,200 monthly for a DOUBLE BED/ROOM (bills inclusive).
