I am looking for a double room (long term) in a flat, but would consider a house as well. Ideally, the room would be furnished and I would be living with one other person who is seeking a decent and respectful lodger.

The areas I would consider moving to are Wanstead, Snaresbrook, Woodford Green, South Woodford, Clayhall, Barkingside, Chigwell, Grange Hill or Buckhurst Hill.
