Looking for a flatmate in Woodberry Down

Hey! We're Alice and Gonzalo, a couple in our early thirties looking for someone to join us in a flat we're actively searching for in the Woodberry Down development, just by Manor House.

We're looking for a flat in Woodberry Down — flats in the development typically come with en-suite bedrooms (so you'd have your own bathroom, no sharing) and access to an on-site gym and spa. Given the area, we're looking for someone with a budget of around £1,200–1,400/month for rent.

About us: I work in wildlife conservation from home and my partner is an engineer who works pretty long hours. We're both pretty active and social: we love going to the gym, dancing bachata, and we're always on the hunt for a good meal out. We're the kind of people who'll happily sit around and chat for hours or share a meal together, but also totally respect that everyone has their own life to get on with.

We're looking for someone who's friendly and enjoys the occasional sociable moment, but is also independent and takes care of the shared space. Basically someone we can actually become friends with rather than just flatmates.
