Quiet mature Maths student looking for house share

Hi, I'm Emily, a mature Mathematics student at the University of Birmingham looking for a room from mid to late June onwards.

I am quiet, tidy and respectful and I'm hoping to find a place with people who are the same. A safe area is really important to me and I need somewhere I can relax, study and feel comfortable coming home to.

My budget is ideally £150 per week bills included however I can stretch to around £180 per week if it meets all of my needs.

About me: I love cooking, video games, fashion and music from the 1950s through to the 1970s. When I'm not studying I am usually at the gym, exploring somewhere new by foot or on my bike, working or listening to music that your parents or grandparents probably liked. I love staying active and the countryside, I grew up in a village in the middle of nowhere in West Oxfordshire. My dream for the end of this year is to get a full driving license and have a car of my own so I can explore wherever I like.

I am not a big partier and I value a clean and respectful living environment. I've love to live with friendly and sociable people but also appreciate the need for one's own space.

I have 5 years' experience of independent living and I'm open to anywhere really within a 10 mile radius of my University in Edgbaston/Selly Oak, but I need it to feel safe and have good transport links. Please do get in touch if you think I would be a good fit for you!
