I am an easygoing, tidy professional looking to buddy up with similar to find a nice place together. I work from home 2 days a week and am in the office 3 days, and I travel occasionally, so I am out and about quite a bit. In my free time I am into CrossFit, hiking, and the occasional run, and I also enjoy listening to music, watching films, and going out socially.

I am looking to team up with professionals who are clean, respectful, and easy to live with - people who are up for a friendly, relaxed place. I am sociable but also value personal space and a calm environment during the week.

My budget is up to £1100 per month, and I would ideally like somewhere close to a tube or train station for convenience. A place with a garden or balcony would be a big bonus if we can find one. Open to exploring good options together.
