A studio or annexe in a coastal area

From Sept. 1st 2026
I´m looking for a short term tenancy, in a coastal area, preferably a studio or annexe, in the West/East of Sussex and the Isle of Wight.
Also Tintagel and Boscastle, Corneall's coast.
The seaside is welcome, a fishing village, small towns, countryside, rural, as long as a bus-service connects with shops and a railway station.

I'm a Dutch pensioner, gardener, and craftswoman, fond of nature, walking, and cycling, exploring the countryside, coastal areas and the history of England.

I´m familiar with house-sitting as well, on both sides of the North Sea Channel. From my retirement-start, July 1st 2015, I've lived 5 years in Britain, in Somerset, and in Devon on Dartmoor.

Garden-maintenance was often part of the rental contract, to keep the rent reasonable, during my years in Britain I'm a retired daytime-Nanny, and a healthfood consultant.

Thank you for sending me your advert with pictures of the property, interior also of the neigbourhood, the viewa from the house, please, when available in due time! From Sept. 1st 2026 onwards. No airport or highway closeness is welcome.
