Looking for a house to rent

URGENTLY SEEKING AN ENTIRE HOUSE FOR RENT FROM A PRIVATE LANDLORD.

My partner and I are seeking a 2 or 3 bedroom property to rent in the Stirling / Larbert / Polmont / Linlithgow / area.

We have been looking for over 2 months but have had no luck finding somewhere that is NOT a student property.

We have a maximum budget of £1,250-£1,300pcm.

We are looking to be moved in by the beginning of September max, and can provide excellent references from previous long-term landlords and a guarantor if required.

Our preference is a house with garden access, though we'd be open to a flat if it were available.
