Female Buddy-Up Wanted Move-In Mid-August

I’m a young professional looking for another female professional to buddy up and find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment or house together around mid-August.

Preferred areas: Salford Quays, Exchange Quay, Clippers Quay, Old Trafford, Wharfside, and nearby surrounding areas.

Budget: Up to £800 each per month including bills (£1,600 total household budget).

A little about me: I recently moved from Birmingham to Manchester and I’m absolutely loving life here. I’m friendly, outgoing, and enjoy travelling, exploring new places, trying new things, and making the most of city life as a young professional.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and wants a comfortable home environment. It would be lovely to find someone who’s open to being friendly flatmates, but I also completely respect personal space and independence. Whether you enjoy the occasional catch-up and exploring Manchester together or prefer to keep to yourself and treat home as your own private space, I’m happy with either. For me, the most important thing is creating a home where we both feel comfortable and respected.
