Looking for house/flat in Birmingham (NOT shared property)
preferably with own private garden/outdoor area, (or balcony)

Would prefer not long commute from B33 because i work there,

looking for someone who agrees with weekly rent payments because i get paid weekly from work too,
im working full-time

maximum rent £1000 per month

Im clean & tidy lady who doesnt smoke, dont drink alcohol etc etc,
i have tiny dwarf hamsters (stays in cages only indoors) so need place that allows them :)
