Animal loving, colourful, mindful,sociable home

Myself and my dog are looking for a house share with a secure garden in a smoke free house

I am looking for a clean pet friendly home share. I enjoy to practice yoga, I am looking for a garden to attend to and make into a cool space that benefits a household. Keen to grow veggies and fruits and culinary/medicinal herbs and also to have lots of experimental plants around.
I work in the equine world as a groom,/gardener and now undergoing a career change after a wee burn out. When I am home I like to practice yoga and dance. and tend to a garden, and hang out with Phoenix, my canine companion. To note- I am currently being supported and aided by the Councils "Firsts months rent and Deposit Scheme"
Whichever comes first I may need to apply for the housing benefit aswel to supplement this going forward until I find a job, therfore I will need a minimum of a 6month tenency agreement in place upon acceptance and any monies exchanged. If I take a job first I may not need to apply for housing benefit element. However at this moment in time, I have no savings and I am currently homeless.
The areas I have chosen, reflect the areas of work I am seeking.
Equine/grooms work, Gardening. The Career change being trainee publishing/editorial work from home and or at the place of work.
I keep my elderly dog with me at all times which refects the amount of work load and availability.

Ideally we would like a ground floor studio with a garden but happy to share in a mindful house and become sociable together when socializing, rather than noisy to each other to show we are there or dominating a space. I am not a monkey and prefer mindful living if it's not too much to ask, just seeing if homes like this exist at the budget I have or if any strive to be this way as a collective?
