Seeking a Room in Hertfordshire

Hi There! I’m a 29-year-old South African who’s been living in the UK for the last couple of years. I work full-time as a civil engineer in Stanstead Abbotts, so I’m usually out during the day from about 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

I’m hoping to find someone to buddy up with and look for a 2 or 3-bed flat or house near Hertford East or Ware. Ideally just the two of us sharing, and if the place has space for a home office — even better! I’m in no big rush to move, so would rather take the time to find the right person and a place that works for both of us. Ideally would like to get a place with a garden. Budget is around £1100 without bills.

A bit about me — I’m easygoing, tidy, and pretty chilled during the week. I enjoy cooking, movie nights, gym sessions, and getting out to explore local spots or grab a pint now and then. I’m always up for a good chat, but also respectful of personal space and downtime.
