Double room for professional woman

Hi all,
My current flatmate is unexpectedly moving out, so I'm looking for a new place as I can't afford to stay on my own. I work in the hotel industry in the city center and ideally looking for something within 20-30 minutes walking distance of West End.
I'm a sociable person, but I like to have my own space as well. I'm not a party person and my ideal evening is with a company of a good book and music. I don't like to be strangers with my flatmates so shared coffees /meals are always welcomed. I am a clean and tidy person and prefer it when others are the same.
