Looking for a Room :)

Hey! I am working part time in the environmental sector and wrapping up my research masters in ecology and conservation, so I am looking for somewhere new to live.

I would like to live in a chilled house where I am able to relax, but somewhere which feels warm and homey too. I am a clean and very friendly person and I am looking to live in a welcoming and chill environment. Not a party person and I don’t smoke, I don’t have an issue if others do but this needs to be done respectfully. I am open to living with most people so feel free to send me a message. Open to living in an existing share or getting with a group of people to find a new property.

Looking to have a maximum budget of £650pm for rent and bills, but do have a little flexibility. I currently am based in Hangleton, but I am open to most places in Sussex on or near a trainline.

Just to say I am trans so if that would be a problem then don’t pop up. Also a heads up that I do not have a guarantor due to my personal circumstances. Any questions feel free to pop me a message :)
