Room wanted

I am a mature, open-minded person, very clean and tidy, with excellent references from former flatmates and landlords.

I am looking for a quiet home in a rural or coastal area. A self-contained place or small house share (not HMO) would be ideal and access to a garden is a priority.

I am sociable and enjoy a good chat, but equally need my own space, and am very considerate towards others. Over the last 10 years I have lived with a variety of people from different countries and cultures, and formed some lasting friendships.

I have travelled a lot in my life, and lived abroad for many years. Now I am a bit of a homebody. I enjoy art, gardening and nature walks.

I love animals, including dogs, but unfortunately I'm allergic to cats.

NB: Although I do like the occasional cigarette, I NEVER smoke indoors!
