Moving to Edinburgh, looking for flat!

Hi, I’m James and after 8 incredible years in London, I’m relocating to Edinburgh this May. I’m looking for a friendly flat share with likeminded folk!

A little bit about me:

I’m 29 and have lived in several flat shares in other cities. I work as a digital designer, specialising in drinks marketing. I enjoy exploring galleries and exhibitions, and finding my way in a new city. I’m fairly socialable and equally enjoy cozy nights in or out with friends. LGBT friendly is a must!

My ideal flat would be cozy and friendly. I’m a clean and considerate flatmate and respectful of people’s space, whilst I also enjoy flat dinners and pub drinks in the sunshine - a flat that feels like home, not just a house.

I have explored several places in Edinburgh, and as I am relocating with work, would be keen to live in or near Leith.

As I am currently based in London, attending viewings is a bit more challenging. However, I am more than happy to arrange a video call first and then take it from there.

My tenancy in London comes to an end on the 14th May, so a future tenancy would ideally start around then however there is some flexibility.
