Looking for a double ground floor room green view

Looking for a Double Room, Studio, or 1-Bedroom in North London (Preferably Wood Green)

I am looking for a spacious double room, studio, or 1-bedroom property in North London, preferably in the Wood Green area.

My ideal requirements:

* Bright room with large windows and plenty of natural light.
* Green view from the window, preferably overlooking a front or back garden, trees, or other greenery.
* Located within a 5–10 minute walk (up to 12 minutes maximum) from an Underground station.
* Quiet house or property in a peaceful area.
* Access to a garden is essential.
* Ideally a front-facing room, with the bathroom/toilet conveniently located nearby.
* Close to parks or green spaces for walking.

About me:

* I am looking for accommodation for myself.
* I own a well-behaved, medium-sized female dog. She is clean, quiet, does not bark excessively, and does not make a mess.
* I may occasionally host my partner.
* I am respectful, tidy, and appreciate a calm living environment.

Budget:

* Ideally £475–£600 per month (I currently pay £475).
* I can consider options up to a maximum of £1,250 per month for the right studio or 1-bedroom property.
* I am also open to properties that need some cosmetic work, as I am happy to gradually tidy, improve, and rearrange the space.

Preferred locations:

* Wood Green (first choice)
* Areas close to Underground stations in North London
* Locations with easy access to parks, green spaces, and pleasant dog-walking routes

Move-in date:

* I need to move no later than 31 July 2026.
