Looking for a friendly social/flatmates within Zn3

Hiya, I'm a young professional working in tech and consulting am looking to move more central and closer to the office. Would be down for buddy ups or a spare room. I tend to work from home 3 days a week.

I'm pretty social so would be great if I could find a flat/flatmates that would be down for drink at the pub, exploring the city, or even just hanging out and watching TV. I'm always down for a chat :)

My budget is around 800 per month (trying to save as little money as I can for holidays) but am flexible here and there so do reach out even if your budget is a bit above/below.
