Looking for a friendly social/flatmates within Zn3

Hiya, I'm a young professional working in tech and consulting am looking to move more central and closer to the office. Would be down for buddy ups or a spare room.

I'm pretty social so would be great if I could find a flat/flatmates that would be down for drink at the pub, exploring the city, or even just hanging out and watching TV. I'm always down for a bit of a chitchat but obviously also have my own social life and understand the importance privacy and alone time to recharge those batteries.

My budget is around 800 per month (trying to save as little money as I can for holidays) but am flexible here and there so do reach out even if your budget is a bit above/below :)

I'm a clean individual, layed back, and I promise I'll wash my dishes.
