Looking for a furnished room near UoM

I am looking for a double room in a furnished house, in an area within 30 minutes walking distance to the University of Manchester (UoM).
I will be taking up a research associate in organic chemistry role at UoM as of 1 September 2026 on a fixed 3 year contract. So I would like to find a place that I can settle in for the next few years.
I am currenlty a PhD student at UoM, living in City Gate 3, Castlefield, with one of my friends from work, but he will be leaving manchester at the end of July so I need to find a new place by then.
I'm pretty busy with work most days and like a good relaxing Sunday.
