A studio, flat or something more than a room

Briefly: Studio or flat within walking distance of a mainline railway station.

Hi, I’m a professional 50 year old man with 2 grown up daughters (who live in different cities).

I'm looking for a studio, flat or somewhere with a bit more space than just the room if possible as I work from home part of the week and would like a space for this. Needs to be £700pcm including all bills, and MUST HAVE a bathtub!

Outside work is in Nottingham & Leicester city centres, so considering those areas as well as Long Eaton & Beeston, and anywhere within walking distance of a train station (I don't drive so no parking necessary).

Currently in a house share in Long Eaton but housemate now moving closer to her parents so looking for something else. I'm easy going and quiet, I don't smoke cigarettes but I do vape outside.
