Hello, My name is James I live at present in west sussex, I am looking to move back to east sussex, I seek a double room or studio, I am a partially sighted visually impaired artist, writing for books keep fit and healthy eating, I am independent and get around with a guide stick, I am a practising spiritualist and about to join brighton and hove spiritualist church to train to do platform work in the church I have studied many spiritual modalities, visually impaired creative artist self taught ,the position I am in is that due to my visual issue I am in receipt of housing benefit, I know this puts people off but I thought I would ask
