One single room

I’m looking for a single occupancy room in Cambridge, that is close to Brookfields Hospital, Mill road (would prefer something that is ideally within a 20minute commute) My budget is £600-650pcm with all bills included. Ideally looking to move in about first week of August(can be flexible with the dates) As a housemate I am clean and respectful of shared spaces, always clean up after myself, happy to be a part of a rotating chores schedule to ensure shared spaces are tidy.
