I'm looking for a long-term double room, ideally in South London (South East or South West). I'm flexible on location but need excellent transport links into South London, as commuting is very important for my job.

A little about me: I work in healthcare and love what I do. I'm tidy, respectful, and really value my quiet downtime in the evenings to recharge after a people-facing workday.

In my free time, I enjoy reading a book and visiting art exhibitions with friends.

I'd love to live with people who are friendly, considerate, and communicate openly. I value a calm, respectful home where decisions are made together as a household in a thoughtful and direct way, rather than through passive aggression. I also appreciate a household where shared spaces are respected, everyone has equal consideration, and personal belongings are never touched or moved without permission.

I may have an occasional guest over. Of course I'd always let my housemate know in advance and would expect the same in return.
