Room required near Fareham

I am looking for a room/annexe whilst working near Fareham. I have kids in Cornwall and return every 3 weeks for a long weekend or a week if possible and all holidays. I am sometimes away with work also.

I am friendly and sociable and enjoy meeting new people but often work long hours or go to the gym, so usually around later evenings and some weekends. Occasionally, I have the option to work from home but this is not essential and quite flexible.

I like to eat well and enjoy listening to music, reading, gym, tennis and walking. I am quiet, tidy and respectful of other peoples home. I don’t smoke or drink and am looking for a quiet, friendly, mature household with likeminded people.

I am a responsible tenant and am currently managing a property for an absent landlord however, looking to locate closer to work. I am not over keen on property managed houses as I want a place that is a home from home. I am quite self sufficient but happy to give others space but not interested in a place where an owner needs the money but doesnt really want anyone around and wants you to live and eat in your room. Luckily I haven’t encountered many of these.

Ideally looking for short commute to Segendsworth (Warsash, Locks Heath, Salisbury) but would travel further for the right place.
