Dream Housemate Looking For A Home

I am looking for a place to call home as my current place is being sold.

This is a long shot for a room, ideally starting at the end of 2025 - beginning 2026, with flexibility to move in earlier or later if there's a great option.

I am 32 y/o guy working in a charity sector as a team manager and a freelance journalist.

Ideally, I am looking for a rare find either to buddy up with or to join an existing house with friendly and clean flatmates who are down to socialise and have their own things going on.
