Double room required please

Hi, I am self employed handyman/property renovator/ repairer, I don’t smoke or drink (maybe occasionally), just work hard and like to relax, go to gigs/football and eat out. I am quiet, tidy and easy going, I am very happy with my own company or sharing a laugh or chat with others. I can do most property repairs so I can be an advantage to your property in times of repair/maintenance. I would like a relaxing place to live that is clean and tidy.
