Hi, my name is Joel & I'm working as a full time Procurement Specialist at DP World, based 5 days in the office in Southampton Port. My partner Jicy (NHS Pharmacist) & I are looking for 1 bed flats in Freemantle/Shirley area (SO15 postcode). Our budget is maximum £1,350 per month, including all bills. We'd love to have a flat/apartment to ourselves :)
We have 1 car which my partner uses to travel to Winchester hospital for work. We both don't smoke/host parties, and we don't have pets. I'd like to think we're both very clean, look after everything in the property & are very respectful to our neighbours. If required, we can each gladly provide our previous house share references.
