I need to move to Southampton for a new job opportunity but also it requires a visa process. So I can let you know if I rent out your place after my visa issued. I am looking for a room. I am an engineer and 34 (F) years old.


I would really appreciate it if you could provide information about:

○ The safety situation of the area where the place is located

○ Your expectations around kitchen and shared area use.

I keep shared areas clean and I am happy to follow any cleaning schedules you have.

I believe I communicate well and value clear, respectful communication.

I cook my own meals daily and always clean the kitchen after use. I am tidy and organised.

I like pets and would have no issue with them, as long as they do not go onto my bed in the room.
