Looking for room with nice people

Hello!

I am at the end of my current tenancy and my housemates are moving away from London so I am looking for somewhere to live. I work full time as a gardener/team manager at Regents Park and I am generally quite an outdoorsy guy. The garden in my last photo is where I work, and if you've got a garden I can steal you lots of free plants. In my spare time I make a bit of art usually woodcut printing and wood carving, visit gardens round london, and I try go climbing a few days a week. I don't go out too much but I do like a pub trip on the weekend. I am clean and enjoy a bit of cooking so I can chef you up some nice vegetarian dishes.

My budget is £800 a month, but preferably lower. Looking to move before the 27th of August or not too long after. I am living in Brixton currently and would like to ideally stay in Lambeth or Southwark but I am open to living somewhere new!
