Considerate 29yo Looking for a Cozy Home

Hi! I’m Max, 29, German, and moving back to London at the start of October for a new role in finance. Having lived in London until last year, I’m picking up where I left off rather than landing cold. I’m looking for a double room up to £1,500 pcm (flexible on budget/move date for the right spot). Preferably I am looking for a place near Battersea, Clapham Junction area, but I am flexible.

Outside work, I run, train, and hike. I’m naturally very tidy and clean, always up for a glass of wine on the weekend and a proper conversation in the kitchen, but equally good at reading the room when someone needs quiet downtime.

I love to cook and bake, but I’m mindful of shared space, efficient in the kitchen and tidy as I go! :)

I’m gay and comfortable in any kind of household. I’ve loved every flatshare I’ve lived in and want the next one to feel like home. I am very tidy! Open to sharing with men or women of any age, what matters most is just getting along well and having a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
