Flat share/buddy up for August or early September
Hi I'm Dan
34 year old working in Digital Marketing/SEO. Very tidy and respectful of people's space but also love a chat with some food/drinks in the evening. When I'm not working you'll usually find me exploring London, going for a run or meeting up with friends.
Looking for a quiet but friendly flat share with people who know how to clean up after themselves. Not looking for a party flat but more than happy with people having friends over for dinner etc.
My budget is around £1,200 to £1,600 per month after bills. Very flexible on location as long as I can get into my office near Tottenham Court Road within about 40 minutes. Would probably prefer something East-ish.
