Looking for: studio or 1 bd flat in Sept

Hello!

My name is Mariana (34), and I will be traveling to London with my mother (60) in September. We are looking for a private studio or 1 bedroom flat to sublet in London (zone 1-3) from 9 September to 1 October.

No flatshares please!

Some background on us: I am an administrator at an arts and design university, and my mother is an accountant. We love to travel and have been to Spain, Italy, France, Japan, and Peru together. We are clean and respectful (many moons ago, in her youth, my mother was a professional house cleaner), and mostly spend our time going to historical sites and art museums. We both like yoga, pilates, art, music, and history.

I have had a good experience subletting via SpareRoom in the past, and am looking forward to doing so again this year. My mother and I are very considerate and will take care of your space as if it were our own.

We are not currently in London and will do initial viewings via video call (not pre-recorded video), followed by an in-person viewing by myself or a friend (depending on the date).
