Own Room Needed/Wanted happy to share

I’m a 41-year-old professional working full-time in the NHS administration sector at Singleton Hospital. I’m looking for my own room or space within the Swansea area.

I work from home two or three days a week (it alternates weekly), but I tend to keep to myself and maintain a quiet clean environment. I’m easy-going, happy, and bubbly, but I do value my own space and enjoy having somewhere I can close the door and unwind after work.

I’m clean and tidy — my current landlord can vouch for that — and I don’t smoke or have any pets. I enjoy the occasional night out, but most of my free time is spent walking, hiking, or editing my photos, so I’m a pretty low-key tenant overall.
