Looking for flatmate - Got a flat!

Hola/hi! I’m a professional from Ecuador working in the fit-out/construction sector.

I currently live on Chapel Street and I’m looking for a flatmate from early August (around the 6th). I really love both the area and the flat, so I’d love to find someone great to share it with :)

I enjoy reading, going to the gym, listening to podcasts, dancing classes, going for walks and socialising in general. I definitely need my nature/hiking fix at least once a month! I also enjoy going out for a drink and a good chat. Renae is my favourite spot in town at the moment to go dancing.

It would be lovely to live with someone I genuinely get along with, someone to occasionally watch a movie with, cook the odd dinner together, or have friends around now and again. I also like keeping the flat clean and tidy, so I’d be happy to have some kind of shared cleaning arrangement :)
