Professional looking for a part-time work stay

Hello, I'm Amy. A 40 yr old, senior lecturer working in central London.

I live in Devon but work in london a few days per week, usually mon-weds. I’m looking for a consistent part- time home for a few nights whilst working in london.

I'm looking for- A friendly house share, with space for independence. A safe location, with good transport links from Paddington, and I'd like the room to feel like home, not 'just a room'. Living alongside the landlord/ a family would be ideal, as it provides consistency for me and I keep myself to myself.

Ideally, I'd like to find a bedroom/ en-suite, or use of a separate bathroom. Bright and furnished for comfort but I wouldn’t be around during the day as I’ll be in london to work from the office. I like to cook and eat well, so use of a kitchen would be beneficial. However, I am clean, respectful and tidy up after myself always.

I am committed to my career, I have been in teaching for 12 yrs now, previously working in the fashion industry, and have recently relocated my home in Devon to be close to family again. I respect people's privacy and space that I live with, as I also value and would like this too.

I enjoy maintaining a clean, calm environment that I live in... I don't 'party', like early nights/early mornings, I'm into healthy living, I rarely drink, don't smoke, and exercise regularly for my wellbeing and health. My interests are- visiting exhibitions and galleries, finding cute brunch/ coffee places with friends and I enjoy my own space; Reading/ listening to podcasts or always learning.

I was a homeowner in the past, so I appreciate the need for a lodger to look after your home as if it’s their own. I don’t have any pets but it’s not a problem for me if you have a dog.
