Looking for a friendly long-term home
Hello!
Summary:
I'm searching for a friendly long-term home, mid-October onwards. I'm a 32yr old professional male, non-smoker, no pets. I'm clean, tidy, calm and considerate.
Interests:
I enjoy going to a portrait drawing group, art exhibits, long scenic walks, exploring new places, sailing, discovering new restaurants, spending time with family and friends.
I'm vegetarian and and into healthy living (not preachy).
Work:
I work in Business Intelligence in the Healthcare sector, offices near Oxford Circus or London Bridge. I'm currently walking distance to the office so go every day but if not I'd WFH 3 days a week. I don't let work encroach on home life or space.
Flat or Buddying-up:
Budget is up to £1,450 if bill inclusive, less without of course.
I'm veggie but no deal breaker if the flat isn't, just so long as the kitchen is kept clean and tidy.
Max 2 other professionals, it would be great if we have some shared interests.
Living room necessary.
Not into party flats but would like a friendly house that's up for a chat and occasional house dinner/drink.
Easy access to my work locations.
If you got this far, I look forward to hearing from you!
