Hi! I'm a postgraduate student looking for a quiet, self-contained studio or 1-bedroom flat for the upcoming academic year.

Having lived in Manchester for a while now, I’m very familiar with the city and I’m looking for a long-term base in South Manchester (M14, M16, M20) or Salford. I’m a very clean, respectful, and organised tenant who values a quiet environment to focus on my studies.

Key points:

Financials: I have a solid UK homeowner guarantor ready to provide all necessary documentation.

Deposit: I am happy to use the Zero Deposit Scheme (Reposit) or a standard 5-week bond.

Timing: Looking to move in around mid-July, but I can be flexible for the right place.

Car owner: I have a car, so easy on-street parking or a parking space would be a huge plus.
