Seeking self contained annex/one bed flat

Hi, I'm looking for a self contained property roughly in the East Grinstead area. Size isn't a problem as I'm a small person! Rural location/with garden/balcony or private seating area would be absolutely perfect. (Please note I am only looking for a self contained property, no house shares, ensuite rooms etc)

I'm a single woman, mid 40's, no pets (though very happy to live with them - I grew up with German Shepherd dogs so used to demanding animals!) I have no children and am very quiet, with extremely high standards of being clean and tidy.

I am an education support worker, remote working from my parents' house and spend most of my days there as they are elderly. Prior to this I taught ages 8-13 in two local prep schools, Brambletye and Ashdown House, being successfully DSB checked during that time.

I have also worked as a live-in housekeeper for two large estates in Forest Row, so have a responsible, conscientious attitude to other people's possessions and can be trusted with property when owner Is away etc.

Looking for short or long term, ideally a rental with bills included.
