Hello! We are two final-year PhD students at the University of Edinburgh (aged 29 and 27) looking for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat to rent from 1 August 2026.
We are hoping to rent the whole property and are looking for a long-term stay until October 2027. Our maximum budget is £1500 pcm.
We value a quiet and comfortable home and would be grateful to hear from any landlords or agents with suitable properties available.
