Language professional looking for a room

I'm looking for somewhere in Leeds, as I am moving for work. I have a one-month notice period on my current accommodation.
I'm a bit of a nerd, into board games, fantasy literature, etc., as well as writing, travel, niche music and exploring. I'm an outgoing person but happy to keep to myself as required and definitely appreciate peace and quiet in the evening. I'm also happy to hang out and explore the area. I don't have pets, but I do love cats. I don't smoke and very rarely drink alcohol. I don't own a car.
I require an open-minded LGBT-friendly household.
I'll need a desk and reliable internet access for working from home as required. I'm also pretty tall so low ceilings or small beds might be a problem!
I will work at the office on the south of town two days per week, so good transport links would be ideal.
