27M in film & coffee looking for a home/flatmates!

Hey! I'm Kai (27M)! I'm looking for fun people to live together!

I'm moving out of my current flat latest on the 20th of September!! Personally looking for a double room in a flat preferably around South East Zone 2. Budget is around £900pcm (preferably with bills included).

I'm work in the film industry within the Assistant Director department, on the side I work as a freelance barista and barista trainer. (I come with a coffee station, so free coffee?)

I love watching films, going to the gym, comedy, Football, Rugby, F1 and NFL. Would love some occasional outdoor adventures, boardgame or quiz nights🫶 I'm also very open to new experiences!
I also love cooking with experience in multiple cuisines so if you enjoy big meals, I'm your guy!

I'm one of the cleanest people you could probably meet, I love chatting, going out and having fun but also the occasional down time.
I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, a very caring, great listener, generally stupidly goofy person, so 1-1 talks are always welcomed!

I tend to take charge of cleaning and maintenance of the house, and I love DIY and possess actual maintenance skills, so don't worry on that area.
