David, 26, Male PhD student

I’m 26 and starting a PhD near Dundee. I’m looking for a friendly, comfortable place to call home and would ideally like to live with people who are sociable but also respectful of each other’s space.

Outside of work, I enjoy bouldering, running, going to gigs and cinema trips, as well as the occasional drink. I’d describe myself as friendly, considerate and easy to live with. I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and happy to have a chat or grab a drink together, while also appreciating having some downtime.

Parking is essential for me, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with an available parking space or reliable off-street parking.

I’d be keen to live with people who are friendly and sociable, while still having their own lives and respecting each other’s space.
