Better Accomodations in Cambridge

Have been living in Cambridge for nearly 7 years. Had to recently move out of my previous place of residence due to owners wishing to sell the house, and what I settled with is less than ideal.

Primarily, I'm looking for a studio apartment or single-bedroom flat within the Cambridge area, though I do not mind a house share so long as the room is acceptable and its closer to the City Centre, so as to facilitate my travel to and from work, without having to rely on public transports.

I am not interested in residences outside of Cambridge proper, as I mainly work evening shifts, and do not drive. I have a second freelancer job I do from home, so I value peace and quiet. I'm the type of tenant/flatmate that tries to keep to himself, but will also leave things tidy and is more than willing to help around the house, if respected.
