Looking for a Room or Potential Roommates!!

Born and raised in Lewisham but I'm pretty much from everywhere. I'm a no-really fussed roommate who is looking for a roommate who's tidy and fun. I really don't mind moving anywhere in South London and i have a budget for £700pcm excl. bills and £900pcm incl. bills however I am open to negotiation in exchange with helping out with DIY repairs within the property and personal guardianship for the landlord. i am a big fan of BBQ which i usually cook for the entire house, i have access to several streaming platforms and discounts to cinemas and restaurants and free entry to certain nightclubs as I'm involved in the nightlife and hospitality business.
