31f Professional Looking for a Room in Southside

I'm a young professional working for an arts charity.

I have been living in Edinburgh for a few years but am looking to move to Glasgow this summer. I would prefer to be in the Southside as I have friends in Mount Florida and Queens Park area.

I am pretty quiet, I love reading and crafting, but also enjoy having a couple of friends over for coffee/food sometimes. I like cooking and baking regularly. I do my best to be tidy and respectful of communal spaces, but am not a stickler for it. I do not smoke or drink alcohol (but fine if you do, although would prefer no smoking inside).

I have a decent amount of my own furniture so would prefer either something unfurnished or with space to put my furniture, including two large bookcases. I work from home and need space for a desk, either in my room or in a communal space.

I am queer, polyamorous, and politically leftwing, and would prefer to live somewhere that those are accepted.

Looking for a long term lease (at least 6 months).
