Looking to move in late March-early April

My name is Royer, but everyone calls me Roy. I'm 31 years old, Venezuelan-born, and also British and Portuguese. I moved to London two years ago after spending seven years in Manchester. I work full-time (remotely) for the Civil Service and study 2-3 evenings a week at the University of London. I enjoy cycling, rowing, hiking, and running, but I also love a drink every now and then.

I work fully remote, which I know can be a concern for some. However, I always work from my room between 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday to Friday and because I have quite a few activities in the evenings like studying then I won’t be on anyone’s toes.

I love traveling! My parents live in Florida, so I usually visit for 2-3 weeks in December.

I'm flexible with my moving date as long as I can give my current flatmate a month's notice. Of course, that's something we can discuss, I wouldn’t mind moving earlier if needed.

I'm sensible, responsible, tidy, and respectful so definitely a good housemate haha.

I have a great relationship with my current flatmate, but his girlfriend is moving in so I need to find a new place.
