Hello everyone,

My name is Roy, I’m 30 y/o. I’m British/Venezuelan I’ve recently moved to London after 7 years up North and I’m looking to rent a room from June time. I work full time for the Civil Service and I study at the Uni of London a few evenings a week, I’m also in the process of joining the Royal Navy reserves. I enjoy rowing, hiking and running, but I also enjoy a drink every now and then.

I work fully remote. However, always from my room. I am very social, but I also enjoy some time on my own. I’d like to share with another professional/s that I can eventually call friends.

I’m looking to move the second week of June, but I’m flexible as long as I can give my current flatmate a month’s notice.

I’m sensible, responsible, tidy, respectful and definitely a good housemate.

If this sounds about right and you have a room available, please hmu.

Thanks,
Roy.
