Looking for a double room that is below £900pcm, ideally unfurnished and has all basic amenities (washing machine can be replaced with a local laundrette, if needs be). Ideally looking for bills included but depends on rent. Ensuite would be a major plus, but not necessary. I'm inclusive, and happy around pets.
