Double/Live-in House Owner 1 person max please

**I'm looking for accomodation with Live in Landlords(Landladies) only, maximum 1 person**

Clinical Sports Therapist, based in South Manchester, working 3-4 days/ week, looking to rent a: comfortable, double, furnished room in a clean, airy, peaceful and quiet house.

My diet is healthy, simple, with loads of fruits, vegetables, natural dressings and a low meat and fish eater.

I don't drink alcohol, nor do I smoke but I do enjoy a chat around a coffee and cake , walks in nature, reading/studying, hiking and exercise at the gym on a regular basis, spending time with my family abroad.

I have good standards of cleanliness and hygiene ,I'm very quiet and respectful of others space, peace, working and resting times . I expect the same.

I go to bed early, hence a quiet housemate who isn't nocturnal , is important to me.

A basic, licensee written agreement to include our both details, monthly rent and due date, your bank details where to pay the money and information about the deposit is required please. BACS preferred.

Re: Formal, extended, intrusive verification process proposed by Spare room , at a cost paid by Landlord, and done by Vorensys( business partnership, hello?)

The UK law for renting a whole house and a room is different.

The verification process, done by Vorensys, includes , among many others, the address and contact details of last 3 Landlords, which first of all, one would no longer store them and second , would violate Landlord's privacy, if these were given without permission. Have rented flat before and the estate agent had only asked for the last address reference / contact details not for 3!

I am happy to provide proof of identity: passport, permanent residence card in the UK . last address and work references.
