Hi my name is Lee.

I hope you are well.

I am currently looking for a new home, having spent ten years living in a house share. I have spent the last eighteen months living with relatives following my landlord's wish to sell the house (following the increase in interest in 2023).

For me, size of room now seems to be more of a priority than anything else and I am looking at studio or one bed flats but I am open to anything as long as there is the space I need.

For landlords, rent will always be a priority and paid on time and I do clean and tidy up after myself. I have been working from home but it is not a problem if this is is not acceptable.
However, although I am not currently living in London, I do work in London as I do not drive so viewings would have to be either virtual or at the weekend. I can work anywhere but prefer to live away from where I work (I don't like taking it home with me).

Please note: I am not interested in sublets or Mon to Fri lets.
